Q: What products do you sell?
We offer:

Q: Can I customize the product sizes?
Yes! All products can be made to your custom size. Contact us via WhatsApp for help.
Q: Are your products safe for babies and pets?
Absolutely. Our materials are pet-friendly, anti-bacterial, dustproof, waterproof, allergy-free, and gentle on skin.

2. Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Q: Can I cancel or modify an order?
- Cancellations allowed within 12 hours for non-custom orders.
- Custom orders can't be cancelled after confirmation.

We ship across India. International shipping available (extra charges apply).
Q: What are your shipping timelines?
- Ready-made: Dispatched in 2 working days
- Custom: Dispatched in 5 working days
Q: How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
4. Returns & Replacements
Q: What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
Q: When can I request a replacement?
Replacements are available only if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- There’s a size issue in a custom order
Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Q: Are your products washable?
Yes. Machine & dryer-safe at 30°C. No shrinkage or color bleeding.
