To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the product issue.

Exchange Terms:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Customers are required to return the product at their own cost using a reliable courier service.

• Upon receipt and verification, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.

• Once the exchanged or damage item is received and approved, the replacement / exchange product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
